The Refinery, the Sunshine Coast’s first creative incubator, has selected 15 successful applicants to take part in its free, 10-week program to refine, test and launch their ideas into sustainable businesses.
The chosen 15, who were selected from almost 90 applications, include First Nation start-ups, slow fashion makers and podcast creators.
Now, they’ll attend workshops and networking events and receive mentoring and seed funding.
The program culminates in a public showcase where the creative cohort will present their ideas and vie for a $10,000 business investment.
